 Marvel's AVENGERS ENDGAME

So, We are less than half a month away from watching the Avenger's Endgame, probably everyone's most anticipated movie of 2019 is almost here, I mean I can almost touch it we're that close, and I haven't really talked to many people about what I felt about how Avengers Infinity War ended with the defeat of our heroes and most of them getting dusted away. I mean when I was gonna watch it, I already knew that some of the heroes were gonna die and Thanos was gonna win, but despite having the movie spoiled for me, when it finally happened, it was a total gut punch. I mean, I did not see that coming at all.
But then again, this was supposed to be part 1 of the culmination of almost 20 years of work, so nothing less should've been expected. It was sad but not enough that I would cry, but seeing Marvel subvert expectations was a good chance of Pace.
Way better than how other disney franchises have subverted expectations(**Cough**The Last Jedi**Cough**)

A Little About Infinity War

One very important thing I'd like to clarify was that I too totally felt that Infinity War was a Thanos film, It's main character was Thanos and Josh Brolin was just the right amount of menacing, he was scary as Thanos but not in the kind of way in which a horror movie character was scary, at the same time Thanos didn't feel like the cliche villain that Marvel movies always end up having, he felt more sensible, smart and calculated. His behavior wasn't that of a man who just wants to take over the world or destroy planets, his behavior was of a man who was willing to sacrifice anything to meet his goal which if you look at it properly wasn't very evil, but evil enough.
In Thanos' world mass genocide did look like the right answer but clearly from our perspective it was totally and absolutely wrong.
Well, now that the heroes have been mourned for, and now that we already know that Spidey's probably gonna get revived since he is getting his own solo movie hitting theaters in July of this year, I think it is a great time to break it down and think what's gonna happen in the upcoming Endgame.

My Take;

Now, I called that this movie was gonna be called Endgame but freakin' Russo Brothers claimed that,
the title of the next movie isn't present in Infinity War, Obviously a huge lie.
I didn't know they were allowed to lie but now you know. So you don't have to believe in everything that the Russo Brother's claim.

From the first few released trailers we can pick up that a lot of characters are in mourning and are trying to forge a team to "Avenge" their fallen/dusted team mates. There is no proper political sight of how the government handled the situation and whether all the public services were still working or not.
The first trailer was definitely a bit less revealing. It didn't try to really market the movie but instead tried to market the culmination of the marvel cinematic universe as it showed glimpses of the various character's past and how they had struggles which they overcame.
The trailer also used the colour red in a manner that tried to emphasize that this movie was gonna be a bit more darker, fun fact, in the Infinity War film, the scene with Thanos with Gamora at the end of the movie where there was an orange river, it was actually supposed to be red (signifying the blood)
this was changed, since this would have been a bit more gruesome.

The trailers show shots of Black Widow and Captain America mourning, and you can notice that Captain has shaved his glorious beard and Black Widow's hair has changed as well, signifying yet again a time jump forward. We get a few nice shots of the characters gearing up while we also get to see Hawkey finally revealed in his new Ronin outfit (My guess is that his family is pretty much dusted as well) On the other hand we are also shown Mark ruffalo.. I mean Bruce Banner looking up at the heroes who they have lost, confirming our suspicion about T'Challa's sister, princess Shuri.
The most important thing for everyone that almost broke the internet, is the situation in which Iron Man was revealed to be in.
Stuck in the spaceship with Nebula with Peter's death on his conscience recording a message to Pepper Pots while the internet gets more and more uncomfortable.
By the end of the trailers we finally got to know that Tony would eventually be back on Earth since there is this very cinematic shot of the left few Avengers in a weird white suit, probably related to the Quantam Realm or something, including Tony, Nebula, Rocket and a few others.
Another important thing that was shown was Captain and Tony finally patching up their differences.
And really people need to stop with the Thanos being killed by Antman jokes. They are redundant and obnoxious. STOP

What's it going to be?
Well, since it is Marvel, we can expect a little humor, a good amount of action and a lot of emotion. Along with lots of Shouting and clappng in the theaters.
Now, I think these are the characters who most probably have the best chances to defeat Thanos;

Nebula (Because that's what happened in the comics and it would make a lot of sense since Nebula survived the snap and does seem to be one who lost a lot because of Thanos, making her ideal to be the one to finish off her father)

Captain America; I know, I know, he is probably the weakest Avenger(except for Hawkeye and Widow) and in the last movie he was almost killed by Thanos and was no match but I think that the series could round off with Captain's sacrifice and passing of the mantle to a younger generation.

Iron Man: It is the most logical thing. Obviously he could be the one to kill Thanos, since the last time they clashed he was overwhelmed and we know that Stark always bounces back. His journey and character arc require him to be sacrificed while saving the others, in the end, dying.

Thor: Thor has suffered a lot in the previous films, and his triumphant return was overshadowed when his brother Loki died. He has lost his people, Asgard, his family and also his beloved hammer(StromBreaker can't replace that hammer). So it would be almost correct to let Thor be the one to finally defeat Thanos and not miss this time

Spider-Man Far From Home;

Isn't it weird that in the Far From Home trailers there was no mention of anything that happened in Infinity War or Endgame? Neither did we get to see Peter in mourning or sad. We barely got anything to work with other than the fact that Robert D Jr isn't gonna be present and Happy( as in Jon Favreau) has a much more bigger role.
The fact that Peter is going on a field trip to Europe and his no grief regarding Stark all points to the fact that Spiderman Far From Home might take place right before Infinity War. Since we can see Peter returning from said field trip in Infinity War.
It would totally make sense for this movie to take place before Infinity War and the fact that Russo brothers claim that it takes place after Endgame is probably another lie. Like the one that they said earlier about the title being not Endgame.

So with that being done, I am pretty excited to see what happens in this newer chapter of the MCU. I haven't anticipated a movie like this one ever before, so can't wait.

Hope to see some of your own thoughts in the comments and social media.
Thanks!
